All this as they all try to get their &#8216;ducks-in-a-row&#8217;. I am charged with &#8216;Obstruction of a Constable&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>There is some discussion earlier on the background to all this, but put simply, I was taking photographs of an armed police operation, in a public place.  Because the case is ongoing, [bloody hell, like for 15 months so far, with months to go \ud83d\ude41 ], I can&#8217;t tell to more about it till after the trial.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nuj.org.uk\">National Union of Journalist [NUJ]<\/a>, both the national organisation and the local branch, have been of much assistance to me in all this, and I want to thank them for holding my hand, through this whole laughable process.
