Nice website, though it is let down by those low quality photos rather. You’ll find all kinds of skilled individuals able to produce a far more impressve site
on this newsgroup. However, even though they are for the most part sucessful at what ever it is they choose to do they find themselves criminalised by
ridiculous laws, the essence of which is contained in the CJA, an act passed even though your own bosses said it wouldn’t, couldn’t and shouldn’t be made to
work.
You have a problem, because for every party you bust (cracking heads- no thanks.) there will be another ten that go off completely peacefully, without
molestation by those who are meant to protect and serve ALL the people of this great and diverse nation. It is intersting to browse your website for there are a number of contradictions included therein that suggest a wilfull disregard for your own policy.
Example:
One of the North Wales Police force’s aims is, and I quote:
‘Recognising and accepting the manner in which our public wish to live their lives and adjusting our policing style and availability to meet their needs.’
You seem to be failing this aim pretty badly, though it needn’t be like that. Indeed, there are Chief Constables around the country who take a far more
realistic and pragmatic view working with organisers of parties both ‘legal’ and ‘illegal’ to ensure the saftey of those citizens who attend. Perhaps you could
take note of what they do, as a party that has the support, tacit or otherwise, of the local constabulary will be more likely to both safe and clean.
Generally, permission is sought from landowners for these ‘celebrations of life’ and allowing people to set up, put on and then, of course, clear up would surely
make both yours and their lives more easy. I don’t know, you may even foster the kind of community relations that you speak of on your website.
Essentially, though, you cannot win, while ‘ravers’ and ‘criminals’ rise up through the ranks of this society and change it for the better, ill-judged
policies or inflexible ‘dinosaurs’ in the police force will become extinct. You owe it to yourselves, your families and your fellow countrymen and women to
think about the ramifications of persecuting people who are, for the most part, law-abiding, useful members of a free-thinking and liberal society that we, the
young and not-so-young are creating. A society based on mutual respect, peace and understanding (Hark, I hear you sniggering, but it is happening slowly but
inexorably).

It’s for real. Can you believe it. They came round to see me this
evening!!!! They thought that I was the ‘organiser’.
I’m freaked out..
Oops.
My name will be all muddy around here now if it gets out that it was me
that leaked the venue. Any chance of keeping it quiet.
